Who we are
Kerslake Consulting was started by Rowena Kerslake after having worked as a CEO in large charities for over 20 years. Rowena's passion for supporting people and businesses to achieve success has led to the development of this consultancy; Rowena wants to share her knowledge and expertise with others in a way she would have valued as a busy charity CEO.
Rowena's qualifications include an MBA, Advanced Executive Coach, and ILM Level 7 Coaching. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Suffolk.
Rowena loves working with people and is a practical and innovative leader. In her working life, her leadership has enabled and empowered teams to deliver at the top of their game. Now her consultancy is ready to support you and your teams to achieve the outcomes and successes you aspire to.

We can help with that! We call it Executive and Life Coaching because life and work are usually intertwined; you don't have one without the other and often the coaching is helpful to both.

- Our leadership and management training is bespoke to you and your organisation. We will meet with you and find out what you need to achieve and then put a package together specifically to meet your outcomes. This may be coaching for a group of your leadership and management team, taking place over a compressed period or a year or more. It may be specific training sessions on management, leadership, managing through coaching, team building and many other options that we can build for you. Suffice to say, you will not pay for training you do not need - we will put together the training that works for you and your budget.
